So, way to start the year! I just got back from Hawaii on Saturday night, then off to AZ on Sunday Morning. I’m getting ready for day 2 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Imaging USA is the PPA (Professional Photographers Of America) national trade show. They have a number of other regional shows, but this one is their biggest and they have it every year. Although it’s for members, the event is open to the public. The event features a trade show, print contests, award ceremonies and educational classes. I have 2 roles here. First of all we have a
I have 2 roles here. First of all we have a booth. PhotoshopCAFE.com is booth 1522. We are showing off all our latest training videos and offering some great deals. I always enjoy the opportunity to meet and speak with people. This is where we get valuable feedback as well as a chance to mix with old and new friends.
My other role is a speaker. I will be speaking on Tuesday at 10:00 am in Room 301D. (Convention Center West Building, Third Floor, Room 301D) The title of my session is DSLR Video For Photographers with Photoshop. My class is sponsored by Adobe and Ill be speaking to photographers who have been shooting video (or are thinking about it) and basically whet to do next in Photoshop. Ill be talking about shooting, editing and delivering video content.

Adobe has provided a 7.1 update to Premiere Pro CC. The list of new features are JDI’s (Just Do It) features that resolve a lot of annoyances and make it quicker and easier to edit your footage.
