Design layout confusion

I did a layout for a gaming clan I'm in, but not sure which version I like best.Or if their even good enough to use. Since I'm a newb ( ) ,figured I'd post it in here to get some opinions from the pro's.

The Layout is nice but u sould work on the colors.

the color scheme in v1 worx better, that'll look awesome once some content fills it up

I like 1 better but maybe try a different green for the links and thinner lines overall. Good start.

Thanx for the comments guys. Really appreciate it.

Once i get it sliced up I'll add the content. I already have the buttons for the links so that wont be a problem.Just have to work on the actual slicing part. I get confused sometimes converting it over to HTML
