Feedback needed on photorealistics
Heres My first picture I've completed in fotoshop. It was made completely from scratch and I was wondering if I could get some comments or constructive criticism.

wow thats really nice. I love the feel of it. Good soft colors. And good composition. Great work.

looks great. I love the trees. The only thing I have to say is maybe work on the sun. It looks a little plain to me. Give it some more life (rays, lighting effects, ect...). Nice job

i don't think it's very photorealistic, but for a scratch work or sketch it's very good.
the sun needs (now what's it called) an aura, or corona or what ever it is. When you look at a setting or rising sun it always looks like it's quivering a little in the horizon.
the clouds are pretty good, except in my opinion they're too gray, but it's your decicion what's the weather in the pic
keep on working on it, I bet it'll be great after some enhancing.

i agree with viika, it need something to help the sun, a bit of underlighing on the cloud could help too (if you are trying to be photorealistic) however the picture as a whole is very good as it stands, especially as a first try
nicely done

(mind my english)
maybe some rays/beams of light trough the open holes of the tree's will do the trick

Sorry but I don't think that the trees n' hills are photorealistic. They're too blurred for my own personal liking and could do with rays of sunshine as w@rtistic mentioned.
But a good peice of work for the 1st attempt.

and maybe you can get more dept in it.
by making a part of the ground visible

I like the trees, very oil-painting feel....the sun seems to be coming out of nowhere tho......
ususally the sky is a bit red or orange during dusk and dawn, and the cloud won't be so dark if the sun is so big....
-
nice, do think the sky should be orange going into red, and yeah work on the sun, trees are great tho.
