text and search engine

is there a way where i could do all the text on the pages in photoshop, ftp the site, then put some kind of html code where i would re-write the text but hide it so the search engines can read it, since they dont read pictures?

Don't use PS, use html at the bottom (or any other blank space) of the page and just make the text the same color as the bg.
