lucky shots with the new camera

A long story goes with these, but I'll shorten it to he hovered above my head long enough for 15 very fast shots made possible by the new camera.

    Hey dude,
    nice shots!

did you get the feeling that vultures were hovering around your head?

Nice combination of stop action and blur.

fotodog: thanks man, I think if he was bigger I would have been in trouble.

cybrghst: thanks, and yes they move like crazy, I chased him for almost 10 min. when he was 3 -4 feet off the ground and I lost him, I was going to snap a picture of a bird and there he was, above my head hovering, I think he was swearing at me, and he stayed in about a 1 foot box for about 30 seconds before leaving. I did learn 1 thing----I had the camera set wrong for these shots, but I'm getting better slowly.

    Thanks again everyone.

Sam- I just relized that you live in Illinois, which part. I am in Columbia, MO, we should try and get together, I am hooking up with a digital photograher this weekend from St. Louis, him and I are going Covered Bridge hunting. lol.
The drive would be that bad, let me know.

yaseenshani: thank you, the camera is my new Canon 10 D.

Mike: I'm in Downers Grove, 25 miles west of Chicago. That's a great idea, unfortunately this weekend is out, but we should do this sometime soon.
