Nice to hear from you again! My signature is the right dimensions 350x80 but not the correct file size, what is the best way to achieve this? also how can you link the image to your website?

Ok i got my Sig to work but i can't seem to get my Avatar to work, i had a brief look through the posts but not all 4 pages

yeah, sigs are easy to do I just added my to my profile.
