A Round One
I had to shade it but trust me it went all the way around the sun.

how was this done? did you use a polarize filter or worked it in PS?
With a sky like this you should get some amazingly contrasted pieces

All I did in Photoshop was clean the dust and dirt. This picture was taken in 1974 when High Speed Ektachrome was 64 ASA, fast wasn't it.
I truly think they have sacrificed the quality of film today so dummies don't get as many bad pictures. Yes this was done with a polarizer, they darken the sky and leave the clouds as they are, and they are adjustable. This and the straight rainbow where taken on the same day, and 70 others.
My old scanner could never bring the contrast out in this and a lot of other slides. I rescanned the Praying Mantis with the new scanner and it looks like a different picture. Everyone might get tired of seeing my NEW 30 year old slides.
Did I mention that I have a new scanner and I'm soooooo happy I can't even express it. I would have to borrow Cybrghst's gift of words.
