turn around time from buying a DVD to getting download link

Hi Group
I am new to the cafe and I purchased my first DVD today, selected the download option and after waiting almost 12 hours I still have not received my link to download.
What is the typical turn out time? from the instructions it seemed to be instantaneous. I have sent an email to support but again, 12 hours and nothing.

can anyone provide some feedback pls

The download links are sent out immediately from the server.
2 possible causes:
1. the wrong email address was entered (this happens more often than you would think)
2. Did you check your spam folder? They come from anonymous@photoshopcafe.com

Either way, I just sent you an email with a fresh link attached.
