Touchscreen Kiosk app

Does anybody know which is the best software to use to build a touchscreen application for a kiosk?

I have Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 . Does any software from that help?

Are there any forums or tutorials for beginners to help building touchscreen kiosk apps from scratch?

Are you delivering on an iPad, or a different device.

I made one in Flash that runs on a laptop and uses a Wacom for the touch screen.

You could build an app in Flash or perhaps InDesign (DPS)

It will be on any kiosk hardware like the information kiosks we see in malls. Haven't finalised on the brand...

I have Flash Builder 4.5 and Flash Catalyst CS5.5.

Have used Flash many years back, though not on a very advanced level. I will try the new versions.
