Heya Dusty, you weren't the driver of that rig were you?
Not sure of exact plugin, could have been done with Alien Skin or maybe Kai's Power Tools. There are a few other older border plugins. Unfortunately my older computer is in storage...

Thanks,I'll check them out. No,I was not the driver but this happens so frequent in my area I have made it a Hobby to go out and shoot pics when the winds topple the rigs. Google "Wreckhouse winds."

Do you remember downloading perhaps an Action?
If so, Edit>Preset Manager is your friend here so not all is lost with Reset.
