A little project I did to remember techniques

You have quite utilized CS5 in this. It looks really good. The concept, however, confuses me. Would you mind sharing them?

I certainly like the color, that's roughly my favorite shade of blue... The image is both intriguing and confusing a the balance/symmetry seems a bit off. The right side is so much heavier than the left. But, as an abstract piece it is quite lovely. Nice work
