    My Portfolio

Ok I have been working on it and redone and changed and completely redesigned.. I think that I found a look that I am going to stick with for awhile.. it is old school Tron like themed. Let me know what you guys think.

is there anything that I can do to make this better?

I like the header banner. I'm trying to do something similiar, but how did u get the background boxes? There used to be a tut on here to do it, but the tuts are kinda old and outdated.

My method used was actually the same as the one here.. Though some of it came from the Photoshop Dreamweaver DVD that you can order on this site.

It looks a bit Tron like.
If im not mistaken you only use photoshop to make all of your designs?
Why not Illustrator or indesign for the print and logo designs?

Tron and old school video games in general were one of my inspirations for the website I can't lie. I am using PS to make them all yes. I am working on switching and learning to use the other programs.. and then there is the case that it's a lot more expensive to get everything than just getting PS

I like the whole feel of the site, but it still seems a bit sloppy. Particularly the logo in the top left corner. It looks okay, but it seems to pixelated for my taste. I don’t believe that looks as professional as it needs to, but that’s just my opinion. Also, I’ve seen some other sites that have tron-like themes, and have seen them using their actual backgrounds, not just the heading banner with the logo, that have some cool stuff that makes it feel more tron-like. That might be something you would consider when updating your site.

Aside from the Tron-inspired banner, the site really has an old school feel, if that's the effect you are aiming for. By the way, you may want to change the 2011 in the footer.
