Emoticons/Icons not showing up

I've been trying to figure out why the Emoticons/icons are not showing up when I try and insert them into my post.

Any ideas??

Turns out the smilies went on vacation, I personally went to the airport and picked them back up. Everyone, say hi to the smilies:
