photoshop cs5 making an editable text pdf

Hi, I am new. I'm hoping someone can point in the right direction for this question.

I use Adobe Photoshop cs5 extended, just learning.

I am trying to make certificate for a client that has editable text. She needs to put a name on the certificate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Use Photoshop or Illustrator for layout and Acrobat Pro for interactive forms.
Your client will be able to change the name or any other info in pdf
    see this tutorial

Thank you mhc. At this time it is more cost effective for me to just make the edits than to purchase Acrobat Pro. I really appreciate the info! It is the clearest answer I've received.

    TickledDog, Welcome to the Café!

Not sure if this will help.
You did not provide the café members with very much info in your brief.

My suggested workflow would be to use Adobe’s Creative Suite.
    • Photoshop for raster image manipulations.
    • Illustrator for vector objects
    • Word doc for text.
    • Finally, Place the above into an InDesign new multi-page document.

Make good use of InDesign’s options with Master Pages, Layers, Pages, text options and Styles.

Place each name on a separate Page.
Place everything else on a Master Page
All is editable, tweak as you wish.

    • Save Indesign’s document as a pdf.

    • Send pdf to client or printer.

    Bing, Bang, Boom.

    Hope that helps.

    Kathryn
