Could Use a Hand!

I created this layout in photoshop, sliced it and imported into Dreamweaver using DIV's, my question is,
I want to make the content area (teal area) editable
like an iframe basically so that everything can open there ontop of my teal image that is sliced numerous times.

An AP Div drawn in dreamweaver does exactly what I want it to do, however i cant get it to stay aligned with browser size as it references 0,0... So i currently have No content at all, not sure the best way to plce things over top of a slice

I would recommend a different workflow...

CSS and tableless.
