    Using second monitor with my laptop computer

    I have a question about using a second monitor with laptop: How to make that connection tight enuf? Mine is blinking because the connection is loose i think. Does anyone have the same problem?

    BTW this connection works perfect with big sony art-laptop and really bad with toshiba regular notebook. I am fighting to get it right on my toshiba. Any ideas?

    I use another monitor on my laptops all the time and never have this problem. Do you not have connector screws? If not you might try an adaptor.
