    Wacom Intuos4

Have used Wacom tablets for many years. My recent purchase, per the subject, is an upgrade. Having programed all the "express keys", I find myself wanting for a particular PS function. As most of you know, one can merge a visible layer stack and create a layer copy simultaneously by clicking; Merge Visible; while holding down the Alt key. I have attempted to recreate this function on the Intuos4 with little success. If anyone in the forum has a suggestion please post a reply. Thank you.

    Create a shortcut for Alt/Ctrl/Shift+E

    Does the same thing

Thank you for your rapid response. I tried your work-around with no success. The layer stack collapsed to a single layer. The function I wish to create will give me all previous layers plus a copy of the image being edited at the top of the stack. I hope I am more intelligible in this presentation.

It should work as this is the shortcut to create a composite layer
If you do it in order make sure that Ctrl is last on the list
Did you change the default shortcuts in Photoshop?

    Works on mine

I did not remove the established shortcut for this function in PS. However, I will attempt this exercise again. Because the function I wish to create requiers a physical mouse click to complete, this may not work. I do appreciate your time in this matter.
