Lightroom missing photos

Hi,
I have a major proplem in that I moved Lightroom from my C: Hard drive partition to the D: partition because the C: partition was running too low on space.

Lightroom can't find one of my main photo folders "2009". I know where it is. It is in the 2003 photo folder, but Lightroom can only see the 2003 folder, not the 2009 folder.

2009 is 17 gigabytes of photos.

I have not been able to put the 2009 folder back to where it once was. As you know Lightroom can't find folders that are hand placed back to locations using windows explorer

So the question is should I try importing this folder back into Lightroom?

I think LR will let you pick the new location when you double-click on the question mark or if you right click on the folder name.

I tried clicking on the question mark to no avail. I'm working with someone from NAPP on it.
