    PS to ID linking

    Hello -

I've just upgraded to ID CS4 and have noticed an issues I've never had before. I've always saved my PS files as and eps and linked them in ID and they came out perfect. Lately I'm noticing the pictures are a little pixelated. I'm wondering if there is a better way to save PS files to ID?

    Thanks!

Presently I am away from my main computer with all the graphics applications installed.

Graphicskat, With InDesign, check your View options.
I changed my Preference default to High Quality.

    About linking/Placing files.
InDesign honors both native Photoshopís .psd files as well as Illustrator native .ai files.
No need to convert to .eps.
Itís all part of Adobeís integration of the Suite.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you that did help. I didn't know ID could handle native file. Since school where they taught us to convert to eps I've always done it that way.

    Thanks again!
