[A] Often times the information you provide when asking a question helps you get a better answer. Feel free to use the following general guidelines when asking a question on the cafe.

1. If you want to figure the steps of an effect, post an example image with the effect clearly visible or use a good description

2. If you have a coding problem (such as: "My menu isn't working online") please include the browser(s) and operating systems that seem to be showing the issue.

3. When requesting Photoshop or other program specific help, please state what version of the application/s you are using.

4. When requesting feedback please be aware a lot of the members are professionals and will provide strict, but tactful comments, they are never meant to be harmful or hurtful. If in some rare occasion you think a member is not being considerate, please notify a staff member.
