but also take into consideration you also get what you pay for... the old addage is... personally i wouldn't make an offer of 25 dollars... (to me that would be an insult) granted i know that my skills are limited. (i am in college learning ps cs4) however i do know that i do have skills in photoshop not as magnificent as others but more so than others. and yet if i were to do a job i wouldn't know the first thing about charging people but i know that if i were to charge someone we would come to an aggreement of their budget. but to me 25 dollars is a little low even for my standards.. and his work might not be as good as some. but i wouldn't pay for someones that is willing to off that low of a price.

also i do believe that the persons comment was very very harsh. i would be scared to make an attempt to even ask for a position with that person.
and i am very very new to the industry.
