Please help me!! Vector shapes mess up in Photoshop, Video provided.

    Hi all

Im new to this website. Anyway I know this section is for CS3. But my question is about a problem I just started having in CS4.

Im not very good at explaining so here is a youtube link showing my problem!

Ohh also before you watch this video. I still have CS3 on my computer and doing the same task in CS3 works fine. No errors. Its weird.

    Thanks a million

Interesting one dale! My first thought was GPU conflict, as CS4 is now using that instead of your cpu for graphical display. Have u checked ur GPU specs against the ones posted as requirements at Adobe? What machine/config are u using?

But here are two things to try:
    1) under preferences/performance/GPU settings, start to untick checkboxes and test to see if any of those settings when disabled help.
    2) reset all ur preferences by following the adobe procedure for ur OS.

    Well, good luck!

Are you using a legit copy of PS?
This is an issue in warez copies?

If so, contact Adobe Tech Support

Yes I am using a legit copy. Its the demo. I legally own CS3 and am contemplating the update. I figure going on a forum filled with hundreds of experience photoshop users will get faster results than waiting on a corporations response.

kiwi, he said he did that
the only thing I can think of is that the older ATI chip is not supported. I don't remember seeing it on the Adobe website, and that chip has problems with Motion, FCP, AE, etc...so.....
u might have to get urself a shiny new MBP!
    cheers,
    coocoo
ps. I totally agree with u on how slow adobe is too slow to respond unless perhaps u have an extra paid service agreement. forums like this are ur best bet short of DVD replacements. And for PS problems, this seems the place to be

haha I love that attitude. "Why can't I get a complete fix in less than 24 hours by a bunch of people who had no business in developing the product I'm referring to. Can't you see my problem is more important than anything else!?"

    Rather pitiful.

You don't have to develop a program to know how to fix a minor problem. The idea was that I figured out of all the users at least one person may have seen or crossed this exact problem before and knew a fix for it. You don't have to be a dick.
