How to reduce image size when uploading the image on website

I am working on this site. Actually problem is that the file size of images on home page is very large so due to large file size of images many users cannot visit our website frequently. When I want to reduce file size then image loose its quality. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

In photoshop first change the image size to something web friendly. Then use the save fore web feature. I usually save my images at 70-75 quality .jpg and that keeps most of them around 100k. 100k is small enough for even dial up connections.

actually a trick to reducing the size of your image, and not losing any quality, is to open your file in paint and press ctrl+w and cut it in half. typing in 50 in vert and horiz. then save it. however this only works with jpeg

By the looks of it, your biggest file is only about 32kb which is very small. Users should be having absolutely zero problems with files that small.
