The name of the hockey team is the "Flash" so i'm thinking something with a jagged flash or lightning with the word flash on there somewhere. This will be printed on jerseys, so nothing too crazy. Like the title says, if I like what you come up with I'm willing to send some money over paypal. This obviously depends on how nice it is.
