cs3 printing

When I'm ready to print image, I check everything in the box says its fine. When the picture prints only 2/3 of the image comes out. I usually print 13x19 images. This problem has only been happening recently. When I go to the Windows Picture Gallery, the picture prints out entirely. At the Photoshow at Jabitz Center, another person was telling me that it had happened to her. She was using an Epson, and I have a HP B9180. Can someone help me, and let me know what's happening. Thank you. I will appreciate any help.

welcome to the cafe 810. i have no idea but this one: perhaps scale to paper size setting somewhere in the print workflow? there should be a check box or field that allows you to set the print size to scale to the paper selected. either in PS or ur print driver. if u can't find that anywhere, print to PDF ,then use acrobat to print the output- there is a scale option there fur sure. good luck.
