page layout presets off the net

Is there anywhere that might have pre-set layouts for things like 3 fold brochures etc, if I wanted to search for them what are they termed as, page layouts presets etc?

Sam, when i needed these kinds of things I googled indesign templates and found that printing companies provide layouts for free, so clients can fill for thier particular online submittal process. I found and still use today layouts for CD covers, jackets, etc.. I don't have the links anymore, but u will find if you google. good luck!
