Boxes and Lines on an Image

How do you guys create such boxes and lines on an Image using photoshop as shown in the screenshot below?

There's probably a better place to post this, but its alright...what you'll want to do is just create a new layer over what you want them on, create your boxes...rectangular marquee tool...and either a small pencil stroke (shift to keep it straight) for the lines...fill the boxes with white....use white for the lines too...then just drop the opacity down till it looks nice...at least I think that's what you want.
