I think i like ms the best...emm your's was a close second, but the cuisine type is probably too small...

Logo wise, I think emm sussed it for a simple, effective presentation that gives quite a modern (yet not losing "asian" feel) look.

I like Kathryn(KRB)'s, simple as well. The red circle is a nice touch and symoblism of Japan.

As for "ms", nice, but not my taste, its not very "simple". Didn't like the fontface for "Contemporary Japanese Cuisine". Might have been the most "japanese" out of all though.

Lebowski, hmmmmmm lebby can surely do better, the knife is a nice touch, but at the expense of being unable to read "HAI", and reading only "HA", I think that's sore to any corporate identity.

Kempez, nice try with the imagery.
