    Right, here's a Tramtrips card... rushed through to meet the client's deadline!
    I've used black on a coloured stock, and die cut the edges, so I've placed the card on a tabletop to try and show the die cut effect. The tram trip is about seeing the old historical part of town, so the whole design is sort of based on a 30's/40's style of tram ticket. (The letterspacing was all done by hand in letterpress in those days, so we'll have no comments about spacing and kerning please!)

    Right, now back to some real work! Nice idea emm!

    Oh yeah, I'm lovin' it. I'm a sucker for old time designs. What fonts did you use?

    dcloud... thanks for the thoughts. I did look briefly at curving the type of "Tease" to curl with the hair... but due to time restraints (and the guilt of knowing that I should be doing something else), I didn't pursue it... it required more time than I can afford to spend on it right now. Incidentally, the image on the back is the other half of the image on the front. I didn't use the back of the head, 'cos I didn't have that shot. Practical really! Hah!

    Thanks digfects (mate!).

    TRAMTRIPS = Hominis

    "See the City" and address details = Grantham

    "T. Ramdriver" = Gothic 520

    "Master Engineer" = AtlasItalic

    They're corker faces, based on actual books/newspapers typefaces from the early 1900's. Glad you like them... I really dig them too.
