Looks really cool, but I feel the comet on the bottom interferes with the text.

Nice one although a true logo should always be vector. Still a nice image though. As for the comet I think if it was aligned with the right edge of the red text it would be less distracting.

about the comet,well the earth is more harm by humans i think than meteors and stuff..
I like it ill do a larger version.....

i like matt's idea... lol save the planet. that would be cool to have the comet heading straight towards the earth. i like the concept tho and the pic. frank is totally right tho... always ALWAYS vector for a logo. printers won't take anything else.
