Adobe AIR, highly recommended, thoughts?

I have been developing in Flash for some years now (about 5) but never truly feel in love until AS3 was rolled out. As if I couldn't be any happier AIR is taking the top spot in my development list.

I have been developing a language application in AIR and it has been a dream to develop.. not to mention fun to work around quirks and bugs being that it is beta.

I did learn one thing though, betas don't have the greatest error checking. haha

That being said, is anyone else developing an application or maybe just tinkering with the features?

Before I forget, what sort of topics interest you in regards to working with AIR?

yah AIR!

I have adapted a few existing things to work with it (as you already know)
Cool thing is you can publish from DW (Its supports SPRY) or from Flash nowadays

I think it has a bright future

I also downloaded the extension for Dreamweaver, it's better than what they say on the last page! And easier too.

He Matt. I followed this tutorial from sitepoint.com about making a ToDo list, with air, on your desktop....., using css, ect. If you'll see with the upper link. The only thing they made is a submit button, not a remove button.... So i was wondering if that was possible too. Just a question I didn't look up, yet.

It's not an application i keep running on my computer, because i got Lightning (thunderbird calendar) for that, but it's a nice application. Also the extension in dreamweaver is cool....

That's all. Just some thoughts on the subject.

Oh, yah you can certainly remove items in an AIR todo app, however without looking over the
code for the tutorial I am unsure how it would work. Let me see what I can find.
