running 1024x768 on desktop, 1280x800 on laptop.
i think there was a place to check this info, on w3c.. will see if i can find the link later.
Is it possible to change the content of a webpage using javascript or something similiar dependant on the users resolution...
e.g. if the user has 1024x768 then go here "directory/index.html"
???????DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS???????
its possible, but troublesome. that means the designer/coder has to prepare multiple sets of the same website.

which is why i said, you can't do a website that detects and directs to the right resolution. there's so many pp with different resolution.Originally posted by the_biggest_lebowski
