Me personally, I am available whenever (no vacations or trips or anything lined up). And I like me some battlin'.
I think a good way to start would be to make a list of everything we need (domain name, server space, coding, etc.) and see what each person can contribute. I don't know the full list of specifics we need to get this project running, but I think an official committe should be formed!

I'm not much of a committee person, but I have an ftp site with loads of space and a lot of bandwidth available that I will offer to support the league, if necessary.
I'm the only one who can upload files to it, so we'd have to figure some way for me to obtain the necessary files for upload. Once they're uploaded I can provide the link here in the forums and anyone can download them.
i could contribute the server space since i have nearly 700mb unused and as for domain name, we can get a free redirect. we could use a forum like system or a file share system or......... i really dont know.
as for what is to be done............. i have no idea yet.
