map how?

I know how to make the old paper look.. but how for the continents?

If you wanna make a non realistic map, try this:

Choose a fore- and background colour, then Clouds. Then go Artistic, and Cut out.... this wil make some map looking styles... Send me a U2U if you don't understand me!

I would use the pen tool to draw the outline of the islands.

This is brown foreground and black background color then Clods and then Differentclouds twice then Cut out wit ( 8, 1, 1) try out yourself...
