Scotch tape tutorial??

Hi, everybody, just registered.

I was wondering if anyone had a link to a pimping scotch tape tutorial. I know there are alot out there, but I dont' really care for most of them that I have found.

I really like the one on rustydesigns.com, but that appears to be nuked. :-/ All I remember about it is that it used the plastic wrap filter.

Any help would be great appreciated. :-)

Thanks, I have some brushes I dled. I am really looking for a specific style (yeah, I am crazy) that I used for the tape on here.

I like how it is really transparent, but the highlights aren't, if that makes any sense.
