Dark photos after Upload
Has anyone else had problems with pictures darkening when after uploading, at first I thought it was just Flickr, but then I uploaded to photobucket, and it was just as dark, here is the link.

It is mostly the red on the yield sign that is darkening. Any suggestions.

I have no idea WHY this happened, but I opened your image in photoshop and it looked fine... When I tried to save it, it looked just the way your online-version looks.
The following options enabled me to save it in the original way:
Under image -> mode change the type from RGB to CMYK; and afterwards back from CMYK to RGB.
Don't ask why, but it works
Maybe someone else can figure out the reasons... I guess something with the color palette fu*** up.

Ok here's the 'correct' way to adjust your photo:
In photoshop, choose "file -> save for web" as usual, now right-click right on the photo and select 'Use document color profile', and everything will be fine...
The previous mentioned method would just erase / overwrite the document's profile with default values.

Holy photo correction, Bat Man! Coke, I can't thank you enough for this excellent tip. I wasn't having trouble uploading to flickr, but when saving my images for the web they were darker than the original for some reason.
Not anymore
thanks
