Please tell me about the contest. actually i'm confused with title - 'PAST or FUTURE: Enviromental Design! Design a billboard!' what's Environmental Design' mean? and what we actually have to create? The provided template link is also not working. Please!

Could be Version 00000000.1 which had no Layers but was just a way to manipulate cave drawings (the blur tool would pretty much be have been a dead bird or something similar) or it could be version CS2125 and one of the new features could be a thought recognition paintbrush. I hope that helps clarify it a bit.

As for the template, u can just create a blank document 750x215px
