Photoshop Elements on Two Computers

I'd like to move all of my pictures, including tags and collections, from one computer to another. I have PS Elements 3.0 on each computer. Both computers are PCs. I would think there would be a simple way to do this, but I haven't found it.

There is an easy way to move/backup/copy all of the pictures in each catalog you have created in PSE3. It must be done from the Organizer not the editor though.

In Organizer click File > Back up then just follow the menus
