Photoshop League !!! { General Chat }

This is a little idea I get while playing football manager all the time..

I was thinking in my head, why not a Photoshop League, where we challenge with Photoshop skills?

It will work on the Home & Away system like in the soccer leagues, meaning ...

e.g. Player A versus Player B
Player A is Home and Player B is Away
So Player A decides the challenge

When it is Player B versus Player A
Player B is Home and Player A is Away
So Player B will decide the challenge

A win will be 3 points, a draw will be 1 point, and a lose will be 0 points, with no demerits etc..

This will be a good game with good fun and the most important thing of all is that, many of us have our forte and niche areas, so we get to hone our skills in different areas through all the challenges..

The number of matches for a player will be, for example, if there are 5 players, 8 matches(4 home and 4 away matches for him/her)

Everyone is welcome to join, especially the moderators:P !!

On the consideration that many of us may not be available or free all the time, we will most probably draw up a fixtures list after we confirm the number of players and every player will be allowed to delay their matches should they be unable to meet the dateline for the fixture originally agreed

So who's in? I know I have pm and jusu on this.. And, I'm in, for sure.. :P

Can we have more people and can we have some moderator participants in?

I know this is going to be a hard game to keep up, but as Greg told me, the success will be dependent on the players and the people.. I know we can make it work..

I know we can really hone our skills through this game in all different disciplines.. It will be really good..

and i think there must be 4 judges, cos if there are 3 possibilities (win, draw or lose) with 4 there can be a draw of choices, so even if one vote in draw, one in win, and one in lose, the 4th one decides...

cmon, it could be perfect if were 10 players and 4 judges, what are u waiting for? just let us know if u want to join...

Maybe one of the things would be that the other participants would act as judges for the other matches. Kinda like we do in our city leagues for volleyball and softball. Just a thought.

Thanks for joining. I think we will have a good league. That judge systems sounds like a good idea

I'm hoping to get at least 5 players to start.. Best if we can get more..

5 players, means everyone gets 8 matches.. But I think we can hold out for maybe 3-4 more days before we start.. Lets hope we can get more people in..
