    PhotoShop CS2 vs. Elements 4

I recently purchased PS CS2 though I already had Elements 4. In processing my travel photos for print publication in magazines, is there a general rule on when to use CS2 or Elements 4? Eighty % of the time the corrections are minor and auto levels and auto color plus unsharp mask will suffice. Would I, for instance, do the easy stuff in Elements and use PS for more serious manipulation? Is there somewhere online where I can compare the differencies between them? Thanks.

i Dont think that there is much differencies at all its just you will be missing some features in elements 4.
I belive most of these are quite advanced features so elements 4 is good to go.
Dont know if you can create mask in ele 4 these days but that was a drawback be4.

You can probably compare them on Adobe's site. My advice is to uninstall Elements and save it for a spare computer. You've invested in CS2, use it for everything. It's the industry standard and why drive a Ford Focus when you've got a Mercedes in the garage.

I agree, Use Photoshop for everything, except perhaps for some of the output like books, cards and little things like that Elements can do that Photoshop doesn't.

As far as processing the images, do it all in CS2.

Thanks to all of you. That's just what I wanted to know.
