i agree on this one with freedom. The sig is very high for a sig. And if u want to keep the blinking, then remove the jagged lines.

The glassy look is good, you can clean it up a bit though
There are jagged edges around the circle, check your antialiasing
The text looks a bit strange, the inner shadow is too large for it
Make it smaller and stop it blinking and you will be in business
