Header Please

Hi everyone, I don't have a copy of Photoshop (I'm broke and my website is non-profit), so I would really like to have some help here. As you can see, my website, www.nerdcouncil.com (under major construction) lacks a header-image. Could someone please make me one?

I'd like it to be 650 pixels wide and around a hundred pixels long. I would like it to have a blue color scheme, so long as it matches the website, and if it said "The Nerd Council" in a nice silver font, that would be great.
