pardon me for my bluntness... i feel that when it comes to a cover, it has to be simple and there must be a point of attention/attraction.. most impt of all.. the text must be readible.. and a cover shldnt be cluttered, it shld probably be clean, simple.. tat's my two cents worth..

Hi ocean, don't take offence from anyone, were all here to help and Ray is excellent at layout work, and don't forget thos forum is multi cultural so sometimes phrases may not sound the same to everyone.

No-one is here to insult work, but give advice and constructive crits. we have all had this and i'm sure i will again

Don't stop showing your work, it will improve and it is good for people to see that improvement and applaude it

lol i think it would be fair to say that most of the frequent cafe users have had some of rays crits splashed their way! I for one certainly have.

The cafe forum isnt for pats on the back. Credit where credit is due. And at least you know that if ppl like Ray say your work is good, it is. I'm pretty much a beginner too, so my advice would be to try and take on board what these guys say, and your work will improve dramatically and very quickly. If you dont want crits, dont post your work on a public forum.

Im a bit confused as to the whole ocean vs seasalt thing.. username coincidence?! seems a bit surreal!

NEway, hope to see more of your work soon

in the meantime, ray: put that sharp tongue of yours away! jks
