Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow

    I totally loved the movie.
I went expecting a cheesy movie with old time art deco/propoganda/Bogart feel to it and I wasn't dissapointed. The story was better than I expected and so were the effects. This was the first movie to be shot entirely in front of a blue screen with no set.

    I thinks its a masterpeice

Yea, i didn't really want to see it at all from the previews, but i've heard nothing but good things from viewers. It might be worth a rent once it comes out on video or something, but i dunno if i'm too keen on seeing it yet.

I heard that the writing actually wasn't bad and the characters are less wooden than would be expected. I can't imagine filming a movie with no sets at all. Did they at least have props, like chairs, or was it just a blue foam cube.
