Keyboard shortcuts problem

Can anyone advise me. I have just ,(at long last) got PS cs, and to use it , upgraded to win 2000, but the keyboard shortcuts won't respond. Single keys seem to, such as F, or O, but ctrl-z, ctrl-f etc and ctrl-alt-d, and ctrl-shift-n wont, but on the computer side ctrl-alt- delt will.
The board is a "microsoft natural", and still space on the drive
I can access the commands via the mouse, but would prefer to use a large % of keyboard shortcuts. Would be grateful for any ideas

That could be an issue related to where you got CS from. If you have a legitimate copy contact tech support at Adobe.

Yes, I think I might do that. Was wondering if it might havbe been a keyboard prob, or the upgrade to 2000 that caused it, but they will be the ones with the sure answeres.
