I get 4-6 hours of sleep a day, by choice. I have odd sleeping patterns if i go to bed at 9PM I will wake up at 1-3 without an alarm clock, i dont know why, and whats really weird about me is i dont go back to sleep i just get up and go for a walk, play video games, whatever, until friends get up.

I've always had sleeping problems, all through university and for year s afterwards, only just decided to do something about it, I've tried tamazapan and zimovane both of which didnt work.

So im on a small dose of amiotriplene and im sleeping better than i ever have in my entire life, it like a new lease of life. really helps in a design job where you have to be on the ball the whole day.
