    Registering Company Logos

    Our company has a logo that they have used for years. I recently discovered that this logo was never registered, trademarked, or copyrighted.

    Can anyone point me in the direction of getting our logo registed, trademarked, and or copyrighted? Also, which of the 3 methods should be actually be using to protect our logo?

    Are there firms available that will do logo research for us to ensure that our logo is unique and that no one else is using something similiar?
