    I colorized it, but the hair came out messed up, wierd effect, but I kinda like it.

    It is quite neat isn't it? I'd try
    filter-artistic-cutout with 8,3 and 1 values, to make the rest match.

    nice tones on there! may we see the original:P yeh the hair is abit strange! It might be...a blend mode that doesn't like going on top of a certain colour ...dunno without seeing it, just try changin the ocapacity + blend moder
