Hmm, i believe there is a newbies tutorial in the newbies section but...

to attach an image:

get a host who does remote hosting (aka netfirms), go into your message and type something like: [img ]http://blah.com/pic1.jpg[/img] (note, I perposely added the space to the end of "img" in the first tag so it would show up...)

To attach a sig to your messages, go to your control panel, go to profile, and scroll down to signature. The form is the same as above for the displayed pic, but try to keep it under 70 kb!
