    Pink lips

    what is the best way to color/paint lips when touching up a photo? how do i make them look real? (photo is of a friend who did the Crescent City Classic and her finish photo - she wishes she looked better)
    Any and all tips/suggestions welcomed!

    Personally, I would:


    1. Create a new layer.
    2. change the new layer's blending mode to color.
    3. Select the lips however is easiest for you.
    4. then with the brush with a soft setting and low opacity and flow levels, paint the lips...
    5. this method gives a lot of control and doesn't remove any texture.. Just colors it...
